Reminder of Behavior Rules

At InHouse Real Estate, safety within the community is a top priority. To ensure the highest level of security, we require all guests and visitors to comply with our policies.

Guests and Visitors Must Be Registered: In accordance with the following laws (Decree 2590 of 2012, Law 300 on Tourism, and Decree 1067 of May 26, 2015), all guests and visitors must be registered with a passport or national ID. For minors under 18, parental authorization and a birth certificate are required. By authorizing the entry of visitors, the guest becomes responsible for their behavior. Guests are only allowed according to the maximum capacity of the property.

Sex Tourism is Prohibited: According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors into any tourist establishment for purposes of prostitution or sexual abuse is strictly forbidden.

No Parties: We do not allow social gatherings or events that involve high noise levels or the consumption of alcohol/drugs that may disturb neighbors. Loud noises after 10:00 p.m. are not allowed: security will strictly enforce this rule.

Inappropriate Behavior: In common areas, guests are asked to refrain from inappropriate behavior such as loud music, inappropriate dancing, sexually suggestive activities, etc. Do not litter or damage public or private property or the natural surroundings of the community.

No Illegal Drugs: Illegal drugs are not allowed in the building, on the property, balconies/terraces, or in common areas.

Failure to comply with these rules will require us to notify the police and apply the corresponding sanctions, including immediate eviction from the property and termination of any rental agreement.
