Our absolute priority is to ensure safety and tranquility in our community. Therefore, it is essential that all guests and visitors comply with our established Colombian policies. 1. Guest and Visitors must be registered: According to the following laws: (Dec. 2590 of 2012, Law 300 of Tourism, and Dec. 1067/26 May of 2015), all guests and visitors must be registered with their PHYSICAL passport or cedula. Images or digital copies will not be accepted; the physical document must be presented. In the case of minors under 18, permission from their parents with a birth certificate will be required. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior. Guests are allowed only according to the property's maximum capacity. 2. No Sex Tourism: According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose or prostitution or sexual abuse is strictly prohibition. 3. No Parties: We do not allow social meetings or events that involve a high level of noise or consumption of alcohol/drugs, that disturb the neighbors’ Loud noises are not allowed after 10:00 p.m.; security will strictly enforce this rule (families live on premises). 4. Inappropriate behavior: In the common areas, please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior such as loud music, inappropriate dancing, sexually related activities, etc. 5. No littering and destroying public, private and nature within the community. 6. NO SMOKING - inside the property. 7. NO PETS ALLOWED without permission from rental manager. 8. No red wine near linens or couches. Security Deposit: If you damage the property, you will be charged for the repair. You will not be refunded for the following: • Damage to property or furniture (broken glasses, lamps, television etc.) • Missing/lost furniture and appliances etc. • Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning from owner • Any additional cost incurred by Homeowner due to guest’s stay. • Lost door keys and safe key in which Homeowner has to replace Not complying with Guest Policy Not complying with the above will obligate us to notify the police and apply the corresponding sanctions, including immediate eviction from the property and termination of any rental agreement.
